After many months of back and forth negotiations Unique Interaction signs contract with HTMT to provide them with an open source dialer. MC Mall Inc., a company owned by George Yang who owns the Philippine franchise of McDonald’s, will develop a commercial complex in a 4.5-hectare property in the Ortigas financial district for P1 billion.
The project, dubbed Silver City, will be a tri-mall niche-retail commercial development concept with auto, fusion-tech and wellness malls.

A survey of a global property adviser DTZ found that office space located in the Ortigas Center business district is the least expensive in the world. The survey puts Ortigas at about US$710 per workstation per year while the most expensive which is London’s West End stands at US$18,740 per workstation per year. Read more about it.
