Rockwell Land Corp to spend 12B on Ortigas development

 

Rockwell Land Corp. (RLC), the Lopez group property arm, will be developing a 5 hectare land formerly owned by General Milling Co. at an amount of around P12 billion.

Ninalyn Cordero, assistant vice president for business development, said the property will be turned into a mid-cost residential project that will be finished in 5 to 7 years with plans to launch it this year. Rockwell Land is planning to name it as The Grove.
