After 17 years, Chateau 1771 dares take us on brash haute cuisine food
trip?as always. With Chef Vicky Rose Pacheco, Chateau 1771 has defied
culinary trends time and time again with its own gastronomic
innovations. While other chefs went gaga over pesto's health benefits,
Pacheco added sinful slices of chorizo to her pasta. While others
spiked their salads with barbecue sauce, she garnished her Caesar salad
with shrimps and squid. Now that most restaurants have embraced with
abandon fusion cuisine, Pacheco retains the rich culinary heritage of
her borderless cuisine.
