Quality Assurance Specialist
The successful incumbent will provide feedback and recommendations for campaign process improvements and to facilitate improvements in call quality. The selected candidate will be responsible for: escalating defined issues via the Quality Escalation Tandim, conducting oneself in a positive and professional manner and continuously striving to improve effectiveness, efficiency and add value to NuComm as a whole.

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- A career minded individual who thrives on challenge and team work
- College/University graduate
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous call center experience
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows 2000 or XP and Internet Explorer
Tele-Service Representative
As a Telephone Service Representative (TSR), you are required to generate outbound calls and/or respond to inbound customer inquiries for the purpose of generating sales and responding to customer service inquiries. This is accomplished by effectively and efficiently delivering what the customer wants, when and how they require it, either by phone and/or e-mail. As a TSR you are required to understand individual client campaign objectives and be able to communicate these objectives to customers in an appropriate manner. TSR's are the first line response for customers in resolving inquiries and creating sales opportunities in a friendly and courteous manner.
