Manny Pacquiao wins.  Manny Pacquiao and his team's effort to focus on preparation and proper training have paid off by winning over Erik Morales by KO on the third round. The skill and perferct form of the Philippine's Manny Pacquiao has once again given the champion a chance to show the world that the Filipino has world class talents.

At the start of the first round, both fighters (Manny Pacquiao and Erik Morales) started off with a flurry of punches. Pacquiao stunned Morales by unleashing a powerful punch. Pacquiao started the fight with the strategy of going for both the head and body area of Erik Morales. Pacquiao also showed an improvement with his speed and power compared to the previous fights.

During the second round, Manny Pacquiao continued unleashing a flurry of powerful punches. About two minutes into the third round, Manny Pacquiao knocked out Erik Morales. But Morales, showing his warrior form, continued on fighting. A continued exchange of punches between the two fighters resulted in hurting Morales further. At this point, Morales seem to be just waiting for the end of the third round.

Nearing the end of the third round, Manny Pacquiao landed a strong left which sent Erik Morales to the canvas. At this point, the fight was stopped and Manny Pacquiao was proclaimed the winner.

Manny Pacquiao, the pride of the Philippines, has put the Philippines once again on the top of the boxing world by stopping Erik Morales on the third round.
